Highlands Course at Wildcat Golf Club
12000 AlmedaThe Highlands Course is probably the more stimulating of the two tracks at Wildcat GC, offering better views of the city, natural wetlands and grasses, and some intriguing flat sand bunkers. Case must have an affinity for the No. 7, because like the Lakes track, the 421-yard, par 4 hole 7 is the most difficult rated hole. Watch out for the par 5s on this one, three of which play at or above 570 yards from the tips.
Getting there : From downtown take Hwy. 288 south for 5 miles to Loop 610. Head west and find the Fannin exit, where you'll U-turn under 610 and drive east on the access road to Almeda Rd. Turn right on Almeda and the course is 3 miles further.
