This course stands out among the small-town courses of this region for two reasons: it’s very demanding, and it has one of the better layouts you’ll find. The course rolls through the hills on the banks of Proctor Area Recreational Lake, and while the lake doesn’t come into play on any holes, there are seven ponds scattered throughout the course, many strategically placed in front of greens.
